Premier Homes, LLC…. after nearly 20 years of planning,
has finally opened it’s doors - utilizing local and stateside Engineers,
Architects, System Designers and Installation Professionals.
In 1984, Premier Home President - Richard Borck studied the design and
function of Alternative Energy Systems (renewables) in California. In
late 1988, after a vacation in St. Croix that summer - Borck moved to St. Croix,
thinking this was a much better place to work with renewable energy resources
than California. In 1989, here in the Virgin Islands he started
rbc Services - a
licensed General Construction Company.
Since 1989, working as a Construction Analyst, Consultant and
Project Manager, for the Federal and Local Governments, Local & Stateside Banks,
Developer’s and Attorneys, Borck has been involved in and responsible for Home
Development, Commercial Construction Management and Quality Control of numerous
construction projects. More recently, he has started to use his expertise in
“Renewables” having planned for this since 1984.
And now, adding GREEN
building Technology… with over 30 years experience in the construction industry,
we introduce you to Premier
Homes, LLC.
Premier Homes has the ability to create upper scale
“Subdivisions”, or Custom Homes on Scattered Plots.
